Beautiful 1940s / early 50s hat. SiZE 22 inches. Made of navy blue hat straw with white floral trim. Net veil with long ties on both ends. Long blue feathers on one side of front. In good pre-owned vintage condition - flowers are a bit fragile. MEASUREMENTS:
