This 1940s leather jacket by Appalachian Yanned and Tailored is nicely broken in, not stiff. This is a rare antique! I repaired the lining and added a mauve, baroque fabric where it was torn away from the waistband. Given it is over 80 years old, it's in great shape and structurally sound. It does have a small black leather patch near left hand pocket, but it adds character. Also has some slight cracking at the upper shoulder, back side. See photos. Keeping it oiled in that area would help to extend its life. It could always be altered later to add a shoulder section , but should last a good amount of time as is. Pocket liners were also replaced.
