Vintage late 40s geometric print dress. Buttons up the front, attached self belt, patch pocket, rayon fabric. There is a tag but it is too worn to read. Excellent vintage condition, one small mark on back of left thigh, hard to notice when worn - it blends in with the pattern. Fits like a medium.
