This is a stunning classic black 40s blazer made of a rich silk/blend. (There is no tag and I am just not super familiar with suiting) The jacket has beautiful lines with padded shoulders and an open v neckline. The jacket has a skinny lapel in a black metallic lurex with the top collar from the neck interlocking with the lame like a puzzle. It is just stunning, all the little details that elevate this jacket. The jacket has four buttons down the front and a wasp waist. The hem of the jacket falls to the mid hip and there are two pockets on the front. The jacket is long-sleeved and has the same detailing as on the collar. The jacket is fully lined in a tan crepe and has the label “Galion'' Beverly Hills and although I could not find anything on this label, it is a stunning example of fine tailoring with beautiful finishings.

Condition

The jacket is in fantastic, if not near mint condition. The only flaw is that there is light staining to the lining, most notable at the hem with a few small spots by the bust. The jacket is ready to wear and will definitely make a standout outfit.
