Vintage Chumley by Charles F Berg Black Three-Piece Skirt/Top/Jacket Set. Label on jacket is "Rembrandt" and on shirt is "Chumley Charles F. Berg"; no label on skirt. No size. Chumley, a private label of CF Berg. The skirt has a metal zip with multiple three layer pleats. Very pretty. The shirt has a metal zip which goes up the side.
