Amazing sculptural hat, probably 1940s but could be earlier or later. SIZE 22 inches. Made of black felt. Concentric loops of thin felt over each side. Unlined, ribbon around inside. Thin elastic string to hold it on your head. Fabric tag inside reads 'Davison-Paxon Co.' . In good pre-owned vintage condition - some dirt on inside ribbon, not visible when on. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
