Amazing half hat / clamp hat, probably 1940s / 50s. Made of midnight blue velvet over a stiff frame. Ruffles of dark blue velvet and maroon satin trim across front, large satin and velvet rosettes down left side. Covered wire around edge. No tags. In overall good condition - some light fading of the maroon satin trim on left side (see last photo) - not super noticeable. Measures inside end to end 13 x 7 inches.
