This dress is just a killer piece! It is a black crepe rayon, New Look, wiggle dress by designer Don Loper. The dress has a mock neck that has a little v at the center that is pleated and is a and the vs emphasized that little peek of skin. The dress has dolman sleeves. There are darts at the bust and the waist is nipped in. The skirt is fitted over the hips with the right side having a little pleat that adds some volume to the hips to help exaggerate the silhouette. The skirt is fully lined in black acetate and falls to below the knees. There is a pleat in the back that allows for more movement when walking. The dress has a metal zipper up the back for closure and waist tape on the inside.

The dress is a larger size and would best fit an M/L and there is definitely some seam allowance that can be let out, mostly in the bust. There is also some room in the waist but would be a bit more complicated to let out with the attached slip. There is about 1 inch allowance at every seam.

Condition:

The dress overall is in wonderful condition with only one flaw being a small strip of color fade, probably from the sun, on the top of the right shoulder. It is hard to see. The dress has been professionally hand laundered and is ready to wear.

The dress is a little washed out int the photos so you can see details. It is truly black and you can see that in the last photo.
