Vintage 1940's Dorothy O'Hara black silk/viscose/Rayon 3/4 sleeve midi dress. Gorgeous draping on front and basque waist make this dress universally SO FLATTERING!

Dorothy O’Hara was known to be a genius in this respect. Dress is light and silky and moves beautifully. Skims curves and gives the illusion of a perfect hourglass shape. The perfect!!! Little Black Dress.

In excellent condition for its age. I have repaired and resewn a split armpit seam. There are a couple tiny pin holes at shoulder. Hook and eye clasp is missing the hook at top of zipper. Some very subtle sun fading which corresponds with its age. Overall presents gorgeously and can be worn as is for many more years to come.

Fits like a small. I am a 27” waist 35” bust and this fit like a glove but with room to spare.
