Here for your consideration is an old 1930's toddler dress. I am not sure of the size but here are the measurements with the dress flat from one side. Shoulders 8" pit to pit 9. 5" waist 9. 5" shoulder to hem 18". This dress is hand made. It has pearl shell buttons up the back. There is a hook and eye just beloow the buttons. The hook is missing but the Eye is still attached. This dress is in good vintage condition. It has no holes or stains.
