Vintage 1930s silk velvet capelet/shawl. Deep red/brown and black striated pattern. Gathered ruffle around the neckline. Ties in front with a black rayon tie. No arm holes.

Best up to 42" bust. Found with a note attached shown in the last photo.

Length down the center back is 23. 5"
