Amazing and unique velvet dress / outfit from Germany, probably 1930s. SIZE M, chest to 37 inches. Made of dark green cotton velvet. Unique front panel of semi sheer fine net embroidered cream lace snaps into the shoulders. These are the only fastenings - step in and pull up. Bolero-style bodice over this. Belt with silver metal and rhinestone buckle - very Art Deco. Unlined. In overall good condition for its age - dark armpit discoloration on lace insert under both armpits, not visible when on. Buckle missing a few tiny rhinestones. Mended area at back, covered by belt.
