I'm actually not one for "costumey" flapper dresses but this dress is gorgeous! It lays beautifully, it shakes and shimmies when you walk and it's just overall amazing. In excellent condition! (It is seriously amazing when you shake your booty in this dress!)

No material tag but the base feels like a cotton blend and the fringe is a poly blend.
