Measures 4” tall by 8.5” wide across base by ½” deep. Fabric is rayon brocade with metal snap and insignia. No label. Very good condition with some spots on upper corner, see close-up photo. True colors are cream and gold with pastel pink and blue. Has one snap under the flap and a metal insignia marked 1897; could be from some fraternal organization.
