UNIQUE Vintage 18th Century Style Costume!

Purple + Pink Ombré Satin and Lace Dress!

Vintage 80s / 90s does a well-made version of a dress from the 1700s.

There are currently no undergarments underneath, but can be worn with a petticoat, hoop skirt, or panniers for that va-va-voom!

Body is made of a magenta satin that has faded in an ombré fashion over the years--that infamous purple dye!
V neck, trimmed in white lace.
Fitted bodice with darts.
Nipped in waist.
Long sleeves with white lace frilly trim.
Drape hip fabric over long skirt.
Back nylon zipper closure.

I got this in a large collection of vintage costumes from an old costume shop that shut down many years ago. Most of the costumes were hand embellished with flashy extras, by the owner's personal seamstress!

Very good condition. Purple satin has faded ombré as mentioned, which I think is beautifully done and adds a unique element to a period gown.

Model is 5' 9" and measures 33-27-39.
