Such a beautiful Victorian Piece! Wreath like design with delicate etching wire wrapping detail emulating a vine with a two-tone (gold and rose gold) grape leaf. The main feature however, is the beautifully wrapped coral reef! Pin has U-latch closure. There is slight discoloration on the metal. (Please we last photo for reference. However, this small blemish does not take away from the beauty of this pin. Victorian jewelry was highly symbolic. The grape leaf was/is a symbol for fertility and growth and the coral reef was/is known to give protection and ward off the evil eye. These pins were typically worn by children or mothers to be.
