This dress has a Steam Punk/ Downton Abby feel to it. The circle pattern is a deep raspberry and pink color. The pattern has a shadow of raspberry around the edges. It has an empire waist line and a puff sleeve. The dress zips up the back with a nylon zipper. It is hard to date it as it looks hand made. It is one of a kind dress.
