Here for your consideration is a sweet Victorian style brooch. It looks like a little hand made piece. The background is a creme color velvet fabric. It has on top of that a small delicate hand tatted piece of lace. The tatted piece is not perfectly centered. Otherwise, this is in excellent condition.
