70s does victorian with the gorgeous, deep forest green velvet empire waist dress. Bodice has high neck lace collar with beige lace centerpiece accented with tiny floral appliqués. Beautiful juliette sleeves with side lace panels, ruffle lace wrists and velvet bow accent. Skirt is flowy in long A line shape. She is sumptuous and exquisite, but I say chop it into a mini and pair with some kitten heels.

CONDITION: Great, one teeny tiny hole at left waist. See last pic. Color variations and shading are caused by lighting of studio and nap of velvet, they are not discolorations to dress.
