This gorgeous lace collar was likely made by hand in the late Victorian or early Edwardian era -- right around the turn of the century. It is SO beautiful. Excellent for a collector interested in this era or for a sewing project!

The collar is in impressive condition for its age. I noted some yellowing and a small area where it appears one or two threads that attached the swirls to the circle around the neck have come undone. See the last three photos, which are close ups of the area.
