Victor Costa is known as the king of copycats. He produced pieces based off high-end Parisian designs for American luxury retailers at a more affordable price. I believe this is a copy of a Geoffrey Beene dress from the 1980s. There is a ruffle trim around the hems of the dress with a strapless, sweetheart neckline. Zipper down the back with hook closure at the bodice.
