VERSACE B Altman Silk Dress Vintage Size 14

I don’t have a lot of information about this dress. It’s an unusual style and in fact, I thought it was a skirt at first. I guess you could wear it as a skirt. It’s just got an elastic running through the top area. I can see some hand stitches so there must have been some repairs up there but the fabric appears to be in good condition with no stains or rips. Dress is open from the bottom all the way to the top, and fabric overlaps.. Approx measurements, 13” across top, 38” long. Tag says US Size 14.
