Verona Vintage 70s Secretary Geek Dress

Cream long sleeve top with v-neck opening and neckties, attached in the back.
Has two belt loops on the sides, but I do not have the original belt. 

Very Good Vintage Condition - shows light signs of wear from use and age.

NOTE: there is a small perhaps pen mark on the left-hand sleeve; relatively unnoticeable and I have not attempted to treat it.

Measurements, approx, laying flat, buttoned/zipped as appropriate and unstretched:

Chest - 18. 5”
Waist - 14. 5”
Shoulders - 15. 25”
Sleeve - 23”
Front Length - 45. 5”
Waist to Hem (front) - 27”
