Vintage ‘90s Vivanti for Bullocks Wilshire Black Velvet Cardigan/Top. No fabric or size tag. This is a union made garment; ILGWU tag not pictured. In good vintage condition; there are a couple of “balding” areas (photo 7-right front sleeve; photo 8-front right side; photo 9-front hem; photo 10-back right sleeve), and the inside of top is pilled (last two photos). The top is priced accordingly. The below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it would best fit a size Large; please compare to your own measurements to ensure proper fit.
