When you see how the shaped bra portion of this vintage Vanity Fair slip fits, you have no doubt it is inspired by the bullet bra styles made famous by Jane Russell! In the bodice there are formed sections for the bra portion, as shows in the photos. These sections are in three layers, each so light that they remain quite sheer. The top and bottom layers are sheer nylon and the middle insert is a feminine floral lace. Below the soft lace insert bra cups there is shaped nylon fabric that further enhances your bust area.

It is a creamy soft white color nylon and a single layer of opaque nylon fabric is used for the body of this vintage slip.

Both the front and back of the bodice are embellished with the layers of sheer nylon and floral lace. Those same sheer accents, in a 4 inch version, are used for the hemline.

As you can imagine, this VF slip is very figure flattering, made with lasting quality and is a lingerie treat from the past.

It is in Very Good Vintage condition, especially considering its age. All the seams are intact and there are no stains, snags, rips, odors or holes. A view of the back is shown in the last picture.

The straps are adjustable, so that the bodice portion can be made to fit your body to perfection.
