Beautiful white lace blouse from Valentino is made in two layers: the actual blouse is white silk shantung over which is a layer of white chantilly lace. The collar fits high on the neck (think Karl Lagerfeld) and has long points. The long sleeves have a subtle flare that forms a slight bell shape over the wrists and upper hands. Closure is with eight buttons between which are hidden hooks and eyes. See photos for additional description. The blouse is labeled size 2 - which is why it is mostly unbuttoned on our size 4/6 mannequin. According to contamporary sizing charts, the US size is 0-2. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.

CONDITION

No significant condition issues but for a one-inch seam repair on the silk blouse. This repair is covered by the lace layer and is not visible from exterior. Inconspicuous 3/4-inch stress to seam next to button placket.
