This beatiful silk blouse from Valentino features a shoulder capelet that can be configured in several different ways; we've illustrated two here. The blouse has large padded shoulders, French cuffs, and it buttons up the back. We're including a pair of vintage cufflinks with green glass cabochon centers that look gorgeous with the blouse.
