Us Army Officer Coat Mackinaw Wool Coat$825.00
This is a US Army colonel's wool coat dated 1940. Just prior to WWII, the wool "Mackinaw" jacket was custom made by Max Wax for Colonel T. L. Ferenbaugh at Fort Ethan Allen in Vermont. Classic double breasted jacket with pockets at waist and single split in back.
CONDITION
In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Some moth wear to the wool in spots.

Jacket measured lying flat
Bust measured armpit to armpit and doubled for size
Shoulders measured between the shoulder seams
Length measured down the center of the back from neck seam.
Neck to Sleeve End measured from the back center of the neck, over the shoulder, and down the outside of the arm to end of sleeve.
