This is stunning sheer silk with blue and gold metallic floral patterns woven into it. I am quite sure this is an unlabeled Victor Costa or it is missing a modesty slip that would have had its original “Victor Costa” label. There is a zipper leading up the back to an exposed keyhole closure. The shoulders are structured giving that proper 1980s silhouette. There is a small crinoline built into the ruffled skirt. There are small snaps on the cuffs of the sleeves. I have priced this item as simply a gorgeous vintage silk dress and not as a designer piece.
