This piece makes me think of cartoon Daphne from Scooby Doo. Black knit poly top with gray and black graphic chevron skirt. Oversized patent striped belt with square metal buckle. Zipper closure down the back with hook and eye at the neck. The fabric has some stretch to it.

Great vintage condition. The belt has some patina from age.
