United Hatters Union was started in 1934 (see label on the inside of this hat) I adore this chapeau, check out the gold snake pin with the yellow jewel eyes! Sure to be a showstopper! This hat is made of very soft velvet and has a mocha colored, rust and cream layer with a mocha colored netting secured on the lid of the hat. Inside is made of a grosgrain fabric and has a rim of grosgrain ribbon.
