This is a JC Penney's MW wool plaid shirt. A forest green, black, white, and yellow plaid colors the shirt. It features pockets on the chest, and a button closures. The back of the neck is lined.

In overall good condition. There is a hole/tear in the doubled fabric of the button panel.
