Gorgeous handmade blouse straight from my grandmas collection! Merlot color. Ruffle pleated v-neckline. Cap sleeves with ruffle hem. In good gently used condition. Very minimal signs of wear / minor imperfections normal for a vintage piece, but nothing major or noticeable on. No size tag, but fits like a modern day S/M. Its a wrap top, and completely adjustable as its 100% tie closure, and you can tie it as lose or as tight as you like.
