Retro postal uniform slacks by Brookfield, Kansas City. These heather blue slacks are high waisted and have a navy stripe on each side. The waist size says 38. There are two deep side pockets and 2 deep back pockets, belt loops and a zipper front with a metal and button closing. There would look so cool on a man or a woman. You could even put some suspenders with them for a different hip look. They are in Good condition and the material is light and feels good.
