For sale is 1980's UMBA for Parnes Feinstein dress in Turquois Blue and black flower pattern with 3/4'' sleeves, tiered skirt, padded shoulders, loose belt. The body of the dress is lined. Sleeves are gathered at the shoulder and at the bottom. Fabric has a checkered board jacquard weave polyester with satin squares that give the dress some sheen. The dress is beautiful in a great vintage condition. Marked size 6. For the proper fit please see measurements below.
