Here is a tulle party dress. The small fit & flare dress features a ruched bust, halter neckline, and layers of fine netting to shape the flowing midi-skirt. Sequins and beading detail the empire waist and blossom into a flower on the right side. The halter top hooks closed at the back of the neck with long ties that can be tied into a bow. The dress zips closed up the back. A romantic, feminine dress!

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use.. There is a small faint spot on the bottom front of the netting.
