A satin one piece by Lingerie Cacique. This romper is a step-in style with no zippers or closures, though the buttons at the neck do open if more space is needed to fit over the butt/thighs. A previous owner had snipped the crotch of this open I assume in a (not great) attempt to make this into a dress, this was repaired in house at St. Evens. The seams don't line up perfectly in that area, but it isn't noticeable when worn and this piece is priced to reflect flaws.
