Old pawn Fred Harvey era vintage cuff with stamped design on pyramid wire. Fits my 6” wrist perfectly. The open style could be gently pushed or pulled for a slightly lager or smaller wrist.

There is tarnish present and slight surface scuffs consistent with age and use. No makers mark noticed. This cuff came to me heavily tarnished, I have gently cleaned it with silver polish but there is still tarnish present especially on the inside.
