This is a leather cuff. Tooled across the front is an Eagle holding arrows and and an olive branch, a depiction of the Seal of the U. S. The wide brown leather cuff features a buckle closure.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. Nice patina to the leather and brass buckle.
