A color block toddler girl dress with a red skirt and red and blue plaid top. The blocks are separated by a blue fringe that repeats on the cuffs of the long sleeves. It has a wide white collar and open neckline that closes with a red tab and two gold tone buttons. The label reads, "Toddle Time Penn Prest, Penny's" It measures 15" in length, the waist is 24" and the armhole depth is 5". Very good condition (a faint mark on the collar, seen in last photo).
