This is a high quality collectors plate by fired buy the Edwin M. Knowles China Company in 1985. The plate is the fourth plate in the "The King and I" tm series the first collector's plate series officially authorized by the estates of Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammersteine II to commemorate their contribution to american musical theater.

This plate is from an estate and is in excellent condition in it's original box and the original collectors booklet is included.

The plate measures 8-1/2" in diameter and is hand painted in rich green, pink, white and brown colors.
