First printing of the revised edition of The Gourmet Cookbook Volume 1. Published in 1965, it includes numerous color photographs.

The text is in good condition overall, some marks and other normal signs of age, however the cover has separated from the binding. It can be repaired or this might make for great art materials for college or journaling. The spine design is very nice though and would look great on any book shelf as is.
