Beautiful “after” ski boots from Italian sportswear brand Tecnica. Tecnica began manufacturing this style of boot in the 1970s, alongside the original Moon Boots (obviously “inspired” by Native American designs). This pair is made of gleaming black goat fur and soft chestnut leather, decorated with colorful embroidery and leather accents.
In their original box with Tecnica pamphlet from 1992, from Vail Boot & Shoe in Colorado. Inside the boots are the original tissue paper and cardboard inserts for the shafts. A rare find.
