This swimsuit is by Gabar ii. I am not entirely sure of era, it is definitely more on the modern side, but with great inspiration. There's a pretty wildflower pattern scattered across a black background with a ruffled neckline and a ruched stomach. Very good condition, no issues. Since swimwear is tricky to measure, I did not measure this, however the dress form's measurements are 43", 34", 44" and it's about a 1X in size - After getting it on the form, there was still a lot of stretch so I want to say this is pretty true to size (22W).
