Where the belt/tie is there is holes on the seam where a stitch will need to be made so the tie doesn’t come off

The front of dress where skirt is it’s open if that makes sense like maybe put a safety pin in this spot so no revealing of your panties will happen

When on it might overlap so nothing is revealed but I noticed this space doesn’t have a closure and does not seem like there ever was one!
