Here's a beautiful, intricate long necklace (sautoir) from the height of the flapper years. Amethyst glass beads alternate with metal filigree work to end in a round pendant with more silvered brass filigree--and a central stone of pretty Vauxhall glass (Vauxhall glass isn't clear but has silver backing in order to intensify the reflection and glow).

The length is 40 inches around, with a pendant of 1.5 inches
