This is a silk brocade blazer in deep green and metallic gold with 7 rhinestone buttons. The rhinestone buttons are gold rhinestones. The blazer buttons up the front with hidden buttons in a panel and has two snaps at the neck. 1980's and oh yes it has shoulder pads. You may wear it to a holiday party with black pants. It's a long jacket from shoulder to hem in the center back 28 inches. The designer is Nahdree' by Victor Costa and the size says Women's 10 but use the measurements below for best fit..
