A soft black and gold edged stretch fabric forms the basis of this Downton Abbey flapper style headband. With an elasticized back it will stretch to fit a head size of 18 to 23 inches. In the center front I added a rhinestone accent that is 2 inches wide by 1 and 1/4 inch tall. An array of black soft feathers that is overall 9 inches by 5 inches emphasizes the 1920's Great Gatsby look.

It can be worn as a classic headband or across your forehead Roaring 20's Deco style. Either way is easy, comfortable and chic.

You don't need to wait for a costume or Downton Abbey themed party to wear this. It would be a lovely accessory for going out to dinner worn with a simple Summer dress.
