Featuring a shiny rhinestone accent, plus an array of fluffy white and royal blue feathers, this 1920's Flapper style metallic stretch headband is a winner. In the center front the rhinestone beaded oblong is 1 inch tall and 3 and 1/2 inches wide. The soft feathers are overall 10 inches wide by 7 inches tall. The silver metallic fabric is softly gathered for the headband itself. As you can see, each of these emphasizes the Great Gatsby look.
