A stunning and rare Western Germany Strawberry Brooch. This large vintage brooch features a plump, juicy, hand painted strawberry for your mid-century or kitschy look. It measures just over 2 inches (approx 5+ cm) tall and nearly as wide. I believe it to be crafted of a lightweight resin and finished in enamel paints.

Low, flat profile at less than 1/8 inch.

Condition: Good vintage condition. Note worthy: the pin tip is a bit smooshed, but functional and the catch doesn't have a rotating lock. However, the pin's tension is still very good. There are minor surface scuffs consistent with age and use, but this brooch is in good condition for its age.
